Guys I know sometimes you want to have a juicy burger and French fries!!!

i know, how yummy. But I strongly suggest for all those who want to indulge without feeling guilty is to

order it and ditch the bread.

That way you eat the meat, salad and just have it with fries!

that soft white burger bread has a lot of carbs and sugar, so be brave and ditch them!

Hey guys,

The latest celebrity diets I read in some magazines are appalling. We should encourage healthy eating and regular exercise not starvation!!! Pass on the message.

i've heard that Birkham Yoga is great for releasing toxins, toning and living a much more pleasant and mind soothing life. What's the difference between this one and other types of yoga?

Just a quick question for all you parents out there.. Do you let your children go on teh internet? I used to be quite skeptical about letting my kids surf the net because I thought all the porn sites out there outweighed the edicational sites. That was until I found FunBrain.com.

Have any of you parents out there seen thios site? It's great, its got math arcade games, online books and stories and even movies! I highly recomend you show yuor kids, mine are hooked! Just type in www.funbrain.com and you should be able to find it. Great site! Let me know waht you guys think..  Smiley

As a father, I can relate to wat yuo said about parents ofa newborn baby Rachel. Im so glad that ym child is old enouhg now to sleep throutgh the night without waking me. Still, I domnt feel like I fully recovered from those days. My sleeping time seems to have diminished over the years. Does anuyone else have this problem?
